Serves 15 – 20
3 Cups Almonds
3 Cups Walnuts
3 Cups Raw Cashews
Finely ground kosher salt, to taste
White truffle oil, to taste
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
1. Add half of the cashews to a sheet tray and place in the oven, until lightly toasted, about 3 minutes. Pull the sheet tray and add half of the walnuts and almonds until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes. Repeat until all the nuts are toasted.
2. Inside a large bowl, add the truffle oil, to taste, around the bottom and sides of the bowl. Add in the nuts and top with salt. Mix all the ingredients until the nuts are evenly coated with salt and truffle oil. Enjoy!
