Saucy: Soy, Ginger, Sake Sauce & Steak Appetizers

Greetings, Drizzles, Dips and Dollops. Appetizers love to be treated to delicious sauces, purees, and marinades. Lobster wontons fancy soy-lime sauce, prosciutto-wrapped pears love balsamic, and mini-crab croquettes are obsessed with tomato-happy guacamole.

Soy, Ginger and Sake Sauce Recipe, Dresses & Appetizers

2 Cups Soy sauce
4 Tbsp Ginger, grated

1 Tbsp Fish sauce
1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce

Appetizer: Hawaiian Grilled Steak Skewers
1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes. Marinate steak for 4 hours in half of the Hawaiian sauce.

2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Add steaks to skewers and grill. Place other half of sauce in a dipping bowl and get saucy. Enjoy!!
