Taste this Saturday’s Soup of Awesomeness! Meet & Eat.
On October 30th, THIS SATURDAY, come to Prospect Farm’s Soup Cook Off to celebrate and sip.
Meet & Eat are all about creative food events so come to the Community Garden, My Clam Chowders. It’s getting nippy out there and I’m looking for the soup/ bisque to beat. Chicken noodle, miso, matzo ball, seafood and tomato soups are coming from far and wide for a chance to be slurped, judged and crowned THE BEST SOUP ON THE PLANET (even The Huffington Post is talking about it).

Cool! I’m curious though. How do you judge soup? What makes a good soup in your opinion?
Hi there, Mumu,
There are plenty of things that make a good soup but if I gave it all away, I wouldn’t be a good judge. I’ll just say a “stand-out” soup has good consistency, great flavor, and is creative! I hope you can make it!
